We're committed to assisting everyone who contacts us, but because we are a volunteer-based operation with limited hours of operation, it can sometimes take several weeks to process an individual request.
You may access the Archives in-person or by phone, mail and email. Due to the limited hours of operation, it is recommended that individuals planning to visit the archives contact staff ahead of time and make an appointment.
Please note for non-residents an administration fee may be charged. Reference Services staff and volunteers will assist you with your research and provide you with resources relevant to your request. For out of town inquiries and under special circumstances, Reference Services staff and volunteers will research a topic. A fee is required for this service.
